The Adhyapana team has launched a new scholarship scheme for students whose parents work as domestic help and cannot afford the education of their children. The scheme is targeted at the urban poor who are often neglected and who need help to educate their children. We have come across a number of single mothers whose children are unable to attend english medium schools due to economic constraints.
The Adhyapana trust will fund the complete education of the child which will include the school fees, books and uniform costs.We have currently identified 4 students who will immediately benefit from this scheme.
Donations towards this initiative are welcome.Anybody interested in sponsoring any part of a child's education can contact us through our email id.

History
The Adhyapana team was formed in 2005 with the aim of helping the students of rural regions of the state. We do this by conducting placement training programs in the colleges, so that the rural students can compete in par with the other engineering students for jobs in the IT industry.
We successfully conducted our first course at S.J.C.Institute of technology in October 2005 for mechanical and civil engineers.We have grown from strength to strength since then.
Training Programme
The training consists of both technical and non-technical sessions.
Every programme is adapted according to the needs of the student.
The following are the basic topics covered during the training:
Technical - C , C++ , datastructures, microprocessors.
Non-Technical - resume writing, communication skills, group discussions, interviews, aptitude, puzzles.
